Returns & Refunds

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for shipping damage or items not as described.
Please record a video while unboxing — it is the fastest way to resolve claims on international orders.
Returned items must be in original condition with box and certificates; contact support for return instructions before shipping anything back.
Full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after confirmation.
Custom-commissioned paintings are non-returnable unless defective.

Orders ship from our partner atelier in the Himalayan region.
We currently serve Taiwan and Hong Kong (for other regions, please contact us before ordering).
Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after dispatch; every order includes an international tracking number.
Free shipping on orders over US$150; a US$15 fee applies below.
Every parcel is packed with multiple protective layers in a rigid tube or wooden box suitable for international transit.
Import duties or customs fees at the destination (if any) are the recipient's responsibility under local regulations.

We support international payments; specific gateways (Visa/Mastercard and more) are being finalized and will be announced here.
Orders are confirmed and dispatched after payment is completed.
